Poultry RECIPE W/ MARKSPICES

Pork Chops, Rib, Whole Roasting Pig

How to marinate:

Optional: Brin poultry cut

  • 2 cups water
  • ¼ cup kosher salt
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar (brown sugar can also be used)


  • MarkSpices All Purpose Seasoning
  • Recipe can be used on any of the following poultry (chicken & turkey):

                (breasts, thighs, drumsticks, wings, and legs)

  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil


How to prepare:

  • Place selected poultry cut(s) in the baking pan and generously coat the selected poultry cuts.
  • Place on a cookie sheet and bake or grill to 165°F (74°C).
