Ingredients:
Favorite cut of meat (Rib Eye, Filet Mignon, T-bone)
2 tsp of Olive oil
3 tsp of worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Black pepper
MarkSpices All purpose seasoning
Direction:
Place ingredients in a bowl. Coat both sides of the meat. Sprinkle MarkSpices on both sides. Let marinate for 15-20 mins at room temperature. Grill or pan fry to temperature.
Side suggestion:
Saute asparagus in olive oil and sprinkle MarkSpice.
Ingredients:
Rack of Lamb
2 tsp of Olive oil
3 tsp of worcestershire sauce

Direction:
1.) Remove membrane (silver skin, and trim excess fat.
2.) Rinse and pat dry.
3.) Sprinkle on the MarkSpices seasoning and let marinate for 30 mins.
4.) Preheat smoker to 225. I have a Treager smoker and used applewood pellets or your favorite pellet.
5.) Smoke until internal temperature is 115 degrees
6.) Let rest for 10-15 mins. Slice and server

5-8lbs of Prime Rib Roast
3 tsp of Olive oil
Kosher Salt
Coarse Black pepper
MarkSpices All purpose seasoning
Direction:
1.) Rinse any residual blood off the Prime Rib and pat dry
2.) Dust on MarkSpices seasoning , Kosher salt & coarse black pepper on all sides. Let rest for 30 minutes.
4.) Preheat smoker to 225. Use your favorite smoker pellet.
5.) Smoke until internal temperature is 115 degrees
6.) Let rest for 10-15. Slice and cook to desire temp on a cast iron skillet

Direction:
Place ribs on a cookie sheet. Coat the rib w/ olive oil. Sprinkle MarkSpices on the meat side of the rib. Smoke or bake ribs @ 250 degree for 2- 2.5 hrs. Brush BBQ sauce on the ribs in 20-25 minute intervals.

Brine the pork chops overnight. Place pork chops on a cookie sheet. Coat both sides of the pork chop w/ Olive Oil. Sprinkle MarkSpices on both side. Let marinate for 15-20 mins at room temperature. Grill or pan fry to temperature.
